• Anne Seay -  Financial Manager, Co-Owner
  
  Ms. Seay, a co-founder of the Company, serves as its financial leader. As a community leader, Blue Ridge Business
  Association member, and Rotary member, Ms. Seay is a passionate, hands-on, working individual striving to achieve
  excellence and growth through her involvement in the continued growth of Fannin County. She brings a lifetime of
  contagious marketing and sales experience to Black Bear Cabin Rentals.
  
  
• Letha Hawkins - Day to Day Operations and Technical Manager, Co-Owner
  
  Ms. Hawkins, a co-founder of the Company, serves as its technical management leader.  As a former teacher,
  and Microsoft trained technician with an entrepreneurial spirit, she brings commitment to detail while continuing to strive
  to improve the quality of service generated by Black Bear Cabin Rentals' collection of service-orientated team members.
  
  
• MarthaKay Dunson - Office Manager - retired August 2006
  Mrs. Dunson, an original member of the office staff, served as its office manager. After holding several positions in
  the business world, she brought a dedication to detail and ownership of the vacation rental business that is unsurpassed.
  Her goal was to be of service to owners and guests and to always continue to make Black Bear Cabin Rentals number
  one in the management and vacation rental industry of North Georgia. The contribution she made to this company
